




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized professional with a spirit of service and strong interpersonal skills to greet and direct clients, provide guidance on regulations, and register patients at an Emergency Care Unit. We value proactive professionals who constantly seek better ways to deliver excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and direct external and internal clients; * Guide clients and/or their family members regarding the rules and routines of the Emergency Care Unit; * Register patients for care, verifying referral forms/authorizations, personal identification documents, and health insurance cards for system enrollment; * Receive, make, and distribute internal and external phone calls, ensuring proper routing per current procedures; * Welcome, request, and issue identification badges for all visitors and companions; * Request treatment authorization from contracted health plans; * Comply with the institution’s policies, rules, and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Prior experience in hospital front-desk services, admissions, and health plan authorization procedures. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts on a 36-hour rotation) **Salary:** R$ 1.538,00 + 303,60 (Hazard Pay) Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Assistance Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
