We value proactive professionals who constantly strive to find better ways of doing things. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and direct external and internal customers; * Guide patients and/or their family members regarding outpatient care policies and routines; * Attend meetings scheduled by supervision and/or coordination; * Participate in internal or external training programs promoted by the institution, with prior approval from immediate supervision; * Register patients for appointments by verifying referral forms/authorizations, personal identification documents, and health insurance cards for system enrollment; * Schedule exams and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and available dates; * Provide cost estimates for exams; * Comply with the institution’s policies, standards, regulations, and other duties related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role and with health insurance plans is mandatory * Strong interpersonal skills * Experience with the Tasy system is a plus **Additional Information** **Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay)** **Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 17:00; Saturday \- 08:00 to 12:00\.** Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Assistance Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass \- WellHub On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
