We appreciate proactive professionals who constantly think of ways to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Acquire specific knowledge of the Tasy system and health insurance plans to generate authorizations via insurance and release patient appointments. * Guide patients regarding scheduled examinations, including preparation instructions, purpose of the exam, and other relevant information. * Guide and direct patients at the institution's reception areas to maintain social distancing. * Review appointments and forward them to billing. * Review expired medical request forms older than three months and send them for recycling. * Inspect all equipment belonging to the department to verify functionality. * Contact IT in case of system failure. * Execute contingency plans in case of system failure. * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position. * Participate in training programs developed by the institution. * Update patient data in the system; * Maintain a clean and organized reception area; * Support administrative tasks within the department when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience required in the Imaging Diagnostics sector; * Familiarity with the Tasy system is desirable. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \- 1-hour break (***Monday to Friday***) and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (***Saturday*****)** **Salary:** R$ 1\.648,00 \+ 324,20 (*Hazard Pay*) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Wellhub/Gympass On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefit plans.
