Job Summary: The Production Operator performs activities on the assembly and production line for energy meter circuit boards, adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manual and semi-automatic assembly of electronic circuit boards 2. Visual inspection and basic functional testing 3. Workstation organization and safety The **Production Operator** will be responsible for performing activities on the assembly and production line for energy meter circuit boards, following the company's established quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role directly supports the production process by carrying out assembly, inspection, simple testing, and workstation organization. * Perform manual and semi-automatic assembly of electronic circuit boards for energy meters; * Carry out basic soldering of electronic components, where applicable; * Supply the production line with required materials and components; * Conduct visual inspection of circuit boards to identify visible defects or non-conformities; * Perform basic functional tests according to internal guidelines and procedures; * Sort, identify, and route defective parts for rework or disposal; * Strictly follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; * Meet production targets, deadlines, and productivity standards; * Support other production line activities as needed.
