




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing multiple UAN operations, planning strategies, supervising menu development, and ensuring food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Food quality and safety assurance **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage multiple UANs or operations under your responsibility; * Plan and implement strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets; * Supervise menu development in compliance with nutritional standards and customer preferences; * Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety (HACCP, SOPs, applicable regulations); * Analyze performance indicators (costs, waste, customer satisfaction, audits); * Coordinate procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationship management; * Develop, train, and engage teams of nutritionists, supervisors, and assistants; * Participate in defining service policies and standards; * Support senior management in operational expansion and continuous improvement; **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition with an active CRN registration; * Proven experience in UAN operations management; * Solid knowledge of people management, cost control, and performance metrics; * Proficiency in sanitary regulations and food safety standards; * Postgraduate qualification in UAN Management, Operations Management, Quality, or related fields is desirable; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite and UAN management systems.
