Its focus is on optimizing recruitment and selection processes, as well as developing internal talent. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and monitor purchase orders for materials, supplies, and services. Monitor delivery deadlines and conduct proactive follow-up with suppliers. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. Analyze internal demand and identify actual acquisition needs. Request and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers. Develop and approve new suppliers. Monitor the physical schedule of outsourced services. Register products and services in the system. Issue purchase requisitions according to internal procedures. Participate in the monthly inventory. Generate and submit procurement department reports. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
