





Act as the company's technical manager, ensuring the quality management system, health regulations, ANVISA rules, and state and municipal health surveillance requirements. * Qualify customers and suppliers; * Register new products with ANVISA in the system; * Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System across all departments, collecting feedback and information for evaluation; * Coordinate the implementation of Quality Management System activities in all departments; * Coordinate quality programs and campaigns (5S, Continuous Improvement, Quality Week, organizational principles, etc.); * Conduct training courses and lectures on quality and integration; * Support the development and revision of quality-related documents and procedures; * Manage copies of procedures and work instructions; * Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions; * Monitor internal and external certification audits; * Monitor and control pest control and extermination; * Manage documents and certificates from competent authorities (Fire Department, DVISA, Pest Control, etc.); * Conduct facility inspections for preparation of audits; * Inspect cleaning check\-lists in departments; * Release surgeries according to the surgical schedule; * Inspect materials in stock for quality control; * Evaluate the creation of balances or batch adjustments after traceability of excess or missing items in inventory; * Control calibration of surgical equipment; * Hold weekly meetings to align processes with the team; * Coordinate inspection of products received before entering inventory and those shipped by OPME/Instrumentation/Equipment logistics; * Control the write-off/disposal of expired/damaged items in the system, correct the invoice, and, upon approval from the fiscal department, issue the waste transport manifest for incineration; * Control the shipment and monitoring of damaged instruments from surgical procedures or hospital use; * Manage continuous improvement of internal processes, new product development, and updates to standard operating procedures; * Coordinate the non-conformance reporting system, directing issues to the responsible department or handling them when appropriate; * Manage regulatory activities across all branches; * Manage traceability and overall analysis of any process or product; * Participate in company-provided training when required; * Perform other tasks that fall within the same scope of responsibilities due to similarity.
