Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date sanitary documentation (licenses, SOPs, manuals) in accordance with current legislation, controlling updates of company and wholesale customer documentation; * Ensure quality of products, medications, and equipment requiring special care, monitoring quality indicators and maintaining records of procedures to guarantee safety and quality; * Support and audit operational procedures, and whenever necessary, address non-conformities while controlling updates of standard operating procedures; * Provide the team with necessary and relevant information regarding Good Pharmaceutical Practices, guiding, training, and offering specialized support related to SOPs, current legislation, and product information; * Maintain thorough knowledge of current legislation, proactively seeking updates and training. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active CRF registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience with federal, state, municipal, and professional (CFF – Federal Council of Pharmacy) sanitary legislation is desirable; * Technical knowledge of medications, including composition, dosage, precautions, contraindications, and pharmacological data; * Practical experience in receiving, storing, and handling products and documentation, as well as specifications for handling, packaging, and restocking; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
