An organization operating in the education sector is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Manaus.
**Responsibilities:**
Carry out personnel department activities, supporting administrative and operational HR processes. Perform tasks related to payroll processing and closing, ensuring compliance with deadlines and labor legislation. Manage time tracking, vacation scheduling, and employee terminations. Provide service and support to employees, resolving questions regarding HR processes and procedures. Collaborate with the finance department in managing the group's financial contract.
Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
