A technology company specializing in energy and water measurement is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist in Manaus (Santo Antônio Colony). **Responsibilities:** Serve as a technical reference in process engineering. Lead the development, optimization, and standardization of production processes. Ensure operational excellence with a focus on quality, cost reduction, and efficiency. Support industrialization and introduction of new products, including pilot runs, validation, and ramp-up. Analyze process and quality data and metrics, including KPIs, SPC, and Cp and Cpk. Apply failure analysis and prevention methodologies, including FMEA. Conduct structured problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, control, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and process standards. Work with a systemic perspective, autonomy, and priority management, ensuring alignment with industrial departments. Promote clear communication and teamwork with internal departments and coordination with headquarters. Bachelor's degree required.
