Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and SMED. **Job Description:** Coordinate the Pre\-press and Printing departments, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, and team development; Monitor industrial KPIs, focusing on increasing OEE and reducing setup time, while implementing and consolidating TPM; Collaborate with PCP to ensure adherence to production plans, and with Maintenance for scheduling technical shutdowns and preventive maintenance; Drive waste reduction and implement corrective actions; **Requirements:** Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and SMED; Knowledge of CTP technology (preferred); Advanced English (mandatory); Postgraduate degree in Management or related fields is a plus; Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related disciplines.
