




The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and control of the entire production chain, taking into account the specific characteristics of plastic processes such as extrusion, printing, cutting, welding, lamination, injection, or finishing. This role balances demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time deliveries, waste reduction, and maximum operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and monitoring the **master production schedule**, considering machine capacity, setup times, customer prioritization, and technical specifications for each plastic product. * Scheduling and controlling daily/weekly production across departments: **Printing / Cutting / Welding / Finishing / Injection / Blow Molding / Lamination** * Ensuring sales orders are planned according to the **actual lead time**, minimizing delays and rush requests. Monitoring production order progress and adjusting plans in response to machine stoppages, equipment failures, or raw material shortages. * Maintaining direct communication with **production, procurement, sales, maintenance, engineering, and quality** departments. * Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of ERP data (orders, shop floor reporting, material consumption). * Leading, organizing, and developing the PPC team (analysts, assistants, and schedulers).
