Everyone is welcome to be themselves, because only when we differ from one another can we create solutions that keep pace with a constantly changing world. **At Elgin, you don’t join just to work.** **You join to create the new.** **\#VemSerElgin \#ElginMaisDoQueVocêImagina** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the annual production budget plan based on sales forecasts, aiming to optimize facility capacity and other available production resources; * Develop the schedule for all manufacturing activities and monitor its execution to ensure achievement of production targets within established deadlines; * List materials required for each manufacturing order; * Control and define minimum and maximum stock levels for materials used in manufacturing, analyzing requirements and requesting procurement, and determining which materials should have automatic replenishment points; * Prepare labor utilization control charts to support analysis of labor performance trends; * Monitor equipment and machinery usage and condition for production planning and control purposes; * Develop production schedules aligned with priorities jointly defined by Sales and Production departments, facilitating target achievement and customer order fulfillment; * Maintain controls over finished goods to enable loss identification and inventory control of finished products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Desired knowledge: Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PPCP); Materials Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PPCM); Negotiation Techniques for Purchasing; Warehousing and Material Handling; Inventory Accuracy; Microsoft Office Suite. * Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, adaptability and flexibility, analytical and problem-solving abilities, assertive communication, customer focus, strategic orientation, effective and appropriate feedback, planning & organization, tolerance for pressure. **Additional Information** * Cafeteria; * Transportation; * Health insurance for you and your dependents; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Discounts on Elgin products. **At Elgin, technology goes beyond every stitch —** **it stems from our passion for doing things differently and better, every day.** We are a proudly Brazilian company with over 70 years of history, moving forward with the energy of those who are always just beginning.
