




Description: Required: Incomplete Elementary Education Desirable: * Previous experience in the role, preferably in a hospital environment; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to service quality; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work on rotating schedules and different shifts. * Prepare, assemble, and distribute meals to patients, companions, and staff according to guidelines from the Nutrition Department; * Ensure proper adherence to prescribed diets, respecting dietary restrictions and hospital regulations; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Assist in monitoring food temperatures and recording steps in the distribution process; * Collect trays and utensils after meals, ensuring proper care and preservation of materials; * Support inventory control, restocking, and organization of pantry supplies; * Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and biosafety protocols; * Provide courteous and compassionate service to patients and healthcare staff. 251023020220624595
