If you identify with our company, come be VALGROUP—together we can go much further! **\#letstransformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in machine setup activities and other production tasks as directed by operators and/or facilitators; * Identify containers to receive materials, including information such as name, batch, and SAP code; * Maintain communication with operations to control the quantity and frequency of material supplied to boxes and production lines; * Request raw materials, additives, and inputs for replenishment from the logistics department; * Perform daily sweeping controls, ensuring proper weighing and segregation of materials; * Daily press bags, dirty stretch film, and scraps, securing bales with straps, ensuring area cleanliness and organization within established deadlines; * Supply machines and production lines with rolls, cores, raw materials, and additives to meet production order requirements; * Assist in assembling and packaging finished and semi-finished products; * Weigh and move rolls and pallets using a manual pallet jack when necessary; * Weigh scraps and maintain organization of all areas, including machine front, machine back, buffer, and rework areas; * Assist in checking and revalidating raw, finished, and semi-finished materials to meet production order demands; * Clean and wash primary equipment such as structures, skirts, plates, shafts, filters, mats, plates, anilox rolls, and other primary/peripheral machine components; * Dispose damaged plates into appropriate containers; * Record production data, package materials, verify labels and FIPs. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed; * Availability to work rotating shifts: (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM); * Knowledge of flexographic printing processes (a plus); * Must reside in the Camaçari-Bahia region. **Additional information** * Medical plan * Dental plan * Food card * Pharmacy discount program * Cafeteria * Shuttle transportation * Life insurance * Holiday bonus * PLR (Profit Sharing) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has become a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities in Brazil and worldwide.
