




The Material Receiving Assistant is the company's first line of quality and compliance control. This essential professional ensures that all products, supplies, and goods arriving at Supermercado Rodrigues are in perfect condition, in accordance with invoices, and meeting strict food safety and storage standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Fiscal and Physical Inspection:** Receive and verify goods and supplies, comparing the quantity, quality, and expiration dates of delivered items against the Invoice (Purchase Order). **Quality Control (Food):** Perform visual inspection of perishable products (FLV, butcher shop, chilled goods), checking expiration dates, package integrity, and especially the **temperature of the cargo** at the time of receipt. **Safety and Hygiene:** Ensure the transport vehicle is clean and suitable. Reject shipments that do not comply with sanitary and food safety regulations (ANVISA/MAPA). **Documentation and System:** Accurately enter and record invoices and receiving data into the internal system (ERP), ensuring traceability and inventory control. **Internal Logistics:** Immediately organize and direct received goods to the appropriate storage area or cold chamber, following the **FIFO** (First In, First Out) principle. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Professional Experience:** Solid experience (minimum of 1 year) in Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, or Goods Inspection roles, preferably in the food retail sector. **Document Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret Invoices (DANFE) and Purchase Orders. **Computer Skills:** Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Excel) and proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP). **Education:** Completed High School.
