




The Machine Operator Jr. I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in an industrial environment. This professional, under supervision, performs basic tasks related to machine operation, ensuring the efficiency of the production process and product quality. * Machine Operation: Assist in the operation of production machines, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. * Monitoring: Monitor machine performance and report any anomalies or failures identified to the supervisor. * Basic Adjustments: Perform simple machine adjustments as needed, following guidance from the supervision team. * Quality Control: Participate in product quality checks by conducting basic measurements and tests. * Activity Recording: Maintain production records, including quantities produced and downtime incidents. * Collaboration: Work as part of a team with other operators and supervisors, contributing to a productive and safe working environment. Requirements: * **Education**: High school diploma; technical courses in related fields (mechanics, electromechanics, etc.) are a plus. * **Experience**: Prior experience in machine operation is desirable but not required. * **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance concepts. * **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort.
