Opportunity to work as part of a team and assist butchers **Requirements:** * Elementary or high school education * Prior experience in butcher shops, supermarkets, or meat handling; * Basic knowledge of meat cuts, sanitation, and preservation; * Familiarity with good hygiene and food safety practices; * Physical ability to handle and move products; * Organization, attention to detail, and discipline; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability for work hours. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in meat preparation and cutting according to company standards; * Maintain a clean, organized butcher shop compliant with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Support weighing, packaging, and labeling of products; * Verify and monitor product expiration dates; * Assist in receiving and storing goods; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices; * Serve customers courteously and efficiently when required; * Support the butcher or department supervisor in operational tasks.
