Bakery Assistant

Description

**Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school completion preferred); * Prior experience in bakeries, confectioneries, supermarkets or kitchens is a plus; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Good physical stamina (standing work, hot and busy environments); * Organization, attention to detail, and punctuality; * Ability to work well in a team. * Flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production of bread, cakes, sweets and savory items according to the baker/confectioner’s instructions. * Prepare ingredients and sort materials required for daily production. * Shape, bake and finish products when requested. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, following food hygiene and safety standards. * Package, label and organize finished products for display or delivery. * Restock display cases and shelves, ensuring attractive product presentation. * Monitor expiration dates and quality of displayed items. * Provide basic customer service when necessary. * Support receiving and storage of goods.
