We value proactive professionals who constantly seek ways to deliver excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize, control, and file administrative documents related to the warehouse; * Support the technical team with information, reports, and spreadsheets; * Monitor delivery deadlines, material expiration dates, and requisition workflows; * Assist in promptly and clearly addressing internal department requests as needed; * Support procurement planning and indicator tracking; * Contribute to the organization and efficient operation of the hospital warehouse; * Assist in labeling shelves, refrigerators, and boxes within the Warehouse Department; * Register and deliver documents to various departments; * Assist in organizing the Warehouse Department; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role is mandatory. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 1.865,00 + 324.20 (Hazard Pay) Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Allowance Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass - WellHub On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
