Embark on a career in the digital world and join a team committed to innovation! \#VemSerBemol **Position based in Manaus/AM.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **At Bemol, your main missions will be:** * Promote digital and agile solutions by conducting research and developing innovations to improve internal Bemol business processes; * Use analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive process optimization and enhance customer experience; * Perform analysis and processing of relevant data to support strategic decision-making; * Develop internal-use applications to facilitate work for other departments within this unit; * Optimize reports to increase agility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Analytical mindset with a results-oriented focus; * Experience building media reports and dashboards; * Proficiency in Power BI and programming languages, preferably Python; * Familiarity with process automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation); * Ability to identify opportunities for task and process automation aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errors. **Internal Criteria:** * Minimum tenure: 03 months * Functional Evaluation Score: 27 points or higher **Additional Information** **Stages:** * Internal Criteria Evaluation * Digital Challenge * HR and Department Interviews * Final Result Remember to include information about your academic background, professional experience, and updated personal details in your application.
