Perform product replenishment and acquisition of new items according to demand and commercial strategy. Contact domestic and international suppliers, maintaining continuous relationships for negotiations and alignment. Analyze, prepare, and update various procurement-related reports, including cost, inventory, and performance reports. Conduct market research and collaborate on pricing strategies. Develop and support promotional activities aligned with commercial strategies. Create and propose sales initiatives to improve results. Handle closing and tracking of international and domestic shipments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance requirements. Perform purchasing assistant duties during absences to ensure operational continuity. Analyze Forecast (weekly sales forecast), monitor order portfolios and market trends to identify potential risks or opportunities. Provide weekly support in producing managerial reports for the procurement department. Issue Debit Notes (ND) as required.
