Opportunity to join a young and innovative leadership team. **We seek a professional with a spirit of service, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.** **We value proactive professionals who constantly seek better ways to deliver excellence.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily request delivery of OPMEs via email to respective suppliers, based on authorized Purchase Orders (POs), aligned with scheduled procedures; * Forward other flagged purchase orders to relevant departments such as Pharmacy, Central Material Supply (CME), and Warehouse; * Ensure OPMEs are delivered efficiently and on time to support smooth procedure execution; * Monitor deliveries and promptly notify relevant teams—including Authorization, Scheduling, and other clinical support areas—of potential delays, enabling timely corrective actions; * Monitor emails; * Receive, inspect, store, identify, register in TASY system, label, and dispense to patient accounts, complying with current health regulations and internal quality criteria for traceability; * Collect unused OPMEs from departments, verify against expense sheets, and return unused items to suppliers; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Prior experience handling OPMEs and/or surgical materials in similar roles within a hospital setting, including familiarity with TASY system workflows. **Knowledge:** Understanding of OPMEs and/or surgical materials, TASY system, ANVISA regulations, inventory control, and basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 08:00–17:00 (Monday–Friday) — 1-hour lunch break / 08:00–12:00 (Saturday). **Salary:** R$ 1.865,00 + R$ 324.20 (Hazard Pay).
