Below are some key points: * Knowledge of compressors, chillers, dryers, cooling towers, pumping systems, and electrical systems. * Schedule maintenance activities and communicate them to relevant personnel via meetings or e\-mail for execution. * Procure and manage spare parts and components for the warehouse and departmental activities, using internal procurement workflows when necessary. * Prepare descriptive memos using budget spreadsheets for quoting external services when required. * Monitor general maintenance activities in the field, documenting progress through reports and photos to evidence the process. * Prepare various reports for monitoring and presenting executed activities using Excel spreadsheets or PowerPoint presentations upon request. * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance using either a dedicated system or Excel spreadsheets to ensure daily control—or adherence to a pre-established plan—for equipment and facility operations. * Analyze technical work or third-party activities to ensure high-quality service delivery, through daily monitoring and follow-up reports. * Participate in inventory audits for product and asset control, following company procedures whenever requested. * When responsible for low- and high-voltage electrical activities, inspect and/or perform installations, maintenance, and/or operations, among other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related fields.
