Job Summary: A Commercial Assistant professional to handle customer service, administrative sales support, post-sales monitoring, and commercial document management. Key Highlights: 1. Management of invoices and registrations Steel and iron sector seeks a Commercial Assistant in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Attend to representatives and customers via telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and internal systems. Provide administrative support to the sales team, monitor post-sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle invoices (NFs) related to pricing, payment terms, and transportation (CIF/FOB). Perform customer registration and updates, price lists, and other commercial information in the system. Identify pending items (unproduced materials) and perform other related commercial department tasks.
