Your focus will be ensuring the department functions with excellence and that our products reach customers with the quality standard that defines us. Your main areas of responsibility will include: * **Operations and Support:** Assist the butchery team daily, learning preparation and handling techniques for products. * **Customer Experience:** Ensure the sales counter is always well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed. * **Quality and Safety:** Uphold hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment and consistently fresh products. * **Organization and Management:** Assist in inventory control and product organization, ensuring efficient merchandise flow. *We expect you to be interested in learning each of these steps.
