Opportunity for growth in a dynamic and challenging environment JOB: Administrative and Financial Manager – Restaurant / Beer Hall (Manaus\-AM) We are looking for an experienced, organized, and leadership-oriented professional to serve as Administrative and Financial Manager at our restaurant/beer hall in Manaus. Responsibilities: * Full administrative and financial management of operations * Cash flow control, accounts payable and receivable management * Procurement, supplier, and inventory management * Control of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and financial KPIs * Preparation of managerial reports * Administration team management * Support in HR and personnel department processes * Financial planning and cost-reduction strategies Requirements: * Proven experience in administrative and financial management * Experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality sector is preferred * Knowledge of cash flow, Income Statement (DRE), COGS, and cost management * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and decision-making ability * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields Advantages: * Experience in the gastronomy industry * Experience leading operational teams * Knowledge of tax and labor compliance processes We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Benefits to be discussed * Growth opportunities * Dynamic and challenging work environment Location: Manaus – AM Interested candidates: Send resume via WHATSAPP or E\-MAIL Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
