Education:
* Completed High School
Technical Competencies:
* Basic knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code;
* Basic knowledge of the Statute of Children and Adolescents and the Elderly Statute;
* Basic knowledge of reception and telephony;
* Basic knowledge of public service.
* MS Office Suite
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Call patients and organize them in order of attendance at the clinic;
* Guide patients on the specific preparation required for each examination;
* Verify the medical order and referral form before the patient undergoes the examination;
* Forward reports and inpatient medical records to the Billing Department;
* Type examination reports and deliver them to the physician for review and validation;
* Sort elective, emergency, and inpatient medical records and deliver them to the physician for examination;
* Perform other related or inherent duties as described in the respective Occupational Health Profile and/or as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
