Values diversity and inclusion for all positions. * Ensure proper supply to company departments and efficient warehouse operation, directly handling receipt, inspection, picking, and shipment of products and supplies, following established procedures and regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and inspect goods and invoices according to purchase orders; * Distribute medications, medical-hospital supplies, office supplies, printing materials, and other items to respective departments. * Receive and dispense OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment) supplies; * Fulfill requests submitted via the HMU Units’ and Cooperative departments’ systems; * Register material invoices with inventory turnover in the system, file them, and forward to the tax department; * Organize invoices on the corporate network through digitalization, maintaining daily, monthly, and yearly records; * Conduct physical and digital inventory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Transportation allowance On-site meal We are responsible for the national operations of Unimed-branded health insurance plans.
