If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement procurement and supply strategies aligned with organizational objectives; * Lead strategic negotiations and high-complexity, financially impactful acquisition processes; * Participate in cost-reduction projects, value analysis, and supply chain process optimization; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency gains in procurement processes; * Prepare total cost of ownership (TCO) feasibility and cost analyses to support strategic departmental decisions; * Build strategic relationships with key suppliers, promoting competitiveness, innovation, and operational continuity; * Manage supplier qualification, certification, performance evaluation, and disqualification processes; * Monitor market trends, supply risks, and strategic sourcing opportunities; * Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and strategic supply clauses; * Analyze procurement demands and oversee material, equipment, and service acquisition processes; * Coordinate highly complex procurement processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards; * Evaluate logistics modes and transportation alternatives to optimize operational and financial performance; * Ensure compliance of processes with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements; * Monitor performance indicators, SLAs, and departmental results, proposing continuous improvement actions; * Conduct commercial analyses and support contractual evaluations with internal departments; * Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to the supply chain and suppliers; * Support compliance, governance, and sustainability initiatives within procurement processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering; * Pursuing a Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Experience with SAP system; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Power BI knowledge preferred; **Additional Information** * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * On-site meals. * Basic food basket. * Profit-sharing plan (PLR). * Life insurance. * Chartered transportation.
