KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and control production stages, monitoring operational conditions and guiding the team to meet established production programs and deadlines. Train the team on process steps to build their capability to support production. * Identify and eliminate non-conformities in the process, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and technical specifications. * Provide technical support to departments involved in the production process.
