We look forward to meeting you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise material receiving, warehousing, and physical handling processes to ensure production line demand is met. * Supervise labeling, packaging, and shipping processes to guarantee products are shipped correctly according to customer requirements, with appropriate transportation documentation and safety compliance. * Coordinate and ensure execution of departmental tasks to achieve management-defined objectives, as well as develop and disseminate requested indicators, reports, and queries. * Ensure all work is performed under safe and appropriate conditions, complying with Occupational Safety regulations. * Control internal organization of materials, processes, and procedures to optimize inventory levels. * Coordinate and monitor inventory accuracy through cyclic counts, initiating corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure adherence to SGQEHS (Quality and Environmental Management System) procedures/processes and policies, as well as compliance with applicable legal and other organizational commitments. * Manage multifunctional personnel. * Experience in delivery route planning and freight consolidation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of receiving, warehousing, finished goods, packaging, shipping, and transportation routines; * ERP/SAP system knowledge; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced English; * OEA program knowledge is a plus; * Excellent communication and presentation skills. **Additional Information** Bradesco Health Insurance for the employee and their legal dependents; Odontoprev National Dental Insurance for the employee and their legal dependents; Fuel Allowance; On-site parking; Life Insurance; Private Pension Plan; PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); Pharmacy Benefits Program; Social, Psychological, Financial, and Legal Assistance Program; Workplace Gymnastics; Wellhub; Edupass — A robust learning platform offering up to 80% discount on various courses, extendable to dependents; Childcare Allowance; Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave; Nursing Room; Vaccination Campaigns.
