If you are driven by challenges and want to transform passion into motion, join Yamaha and **generate Kando** for people every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical analyses of issues in painting processes, contributing to root cause identification and implementation of defined action plans; * Monitor and analyze KPIs (L\-SPR/G\-SPR), ensuring data collection and validation; * Perform process control, verifying parameters such as production line speed, booth balancing, part drying and curing temperatures, elimination of contamination sources in the process, and others; * Develop and validate cleaning standards for painting equipment, ensuring compliance with technical requirements; * Support loss analysis, bottleneck identification, and layout optimization initiatives to improve productive efficiency; * Contribute to the development and tracking of performance indicators (efficiency, rework, productivity, consumables usage, etc.) for the painting process; * Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, TPM); * Interface with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to ensure communication and adherence to technical standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Industrial experience, specifically in painting processes. * **PREFERRED:** * Basic knowledge of productive data analysis and performance indicators; * Basic or intermediate English proficiency; * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA); * Knowledge of data analysis tools (Intermediate Excel, Power BI); * Familiarity with painting processes, paint technology, and surface treatment. **Additional Information** “The *YAMAHA Group maintains its own channel to publish job opportunities.
