With us, you won’t just land your next job—you’ll gain a true career opportunity. **Role:** * Administer and execute corporate and functional people management activities within the company, ensuring compliance with personnel administration routines, labor, social security, and current collective bargaining agreements, while supporting HR policies and processes. Aimed at adding value to responsibilities related to employees and thereby also supporting local leadership in employee engagement and retention initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Support payroll timekeeping data for employees, extracting\-it from the system, analyzing potential discrepancies, and flagging necessary corrections to management; * Understand, communicate, and promote compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Intercompany Agreements (ICAs); * Organize labor litigation documents and deliver all requests to the Legal Department within established deadlines; monitor hearings, acting as company representative or witness; * Assist employees by providing clarifications regarding personnel administration routines and all matters relevant to the People agenda; * Fulfill legal obligations by issuing required forms and reports within mandated deadlines, adhering to current legislation, internal norms, and procedures (e.g., banked hours, contractual amendments to working hours, termination, hiring, and internal company movements); * Administer and support programs such as recognition, onboarding, language training, and compliance, per current policies and procedures; * Ensure the integration schedule for new hires and newly promoted leaders; * Register integration training completions in the system; * Initiate and monitor hiring processes in the system, ensuring adherence to deadlines and proper execution; * Monitor and ensure termination processes in the system, supporting management throughout the process; * Conduct virtual or in-person homologation, per local CBAs and ICAs; * Request and monitor operational reports on timekeeping for third-party employees, ensuring validation and timely delivery to the Controller’s team; * Validate billing information for preliminary consulting services involving third-party labor; * Perform other duties as required by area/filial needs or any subsequent redistribution of tasks; * Collaborate with the R\&S team on vacancy progress and closure, ensuring operational hiring readiness, and supporting the local R\&S team when needed; * Continuously analyze people analytics, generating data as required for analysis and interventions related to monitored KPIs—always supporting operations with turnover and daily absenteeism indicators; * Execute commemorative date initiatives and monthly “Enjoy” activities per CoE instructions; * Responsible for meeting requirements of internal and external audits. **Competencies and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources; * Knowledge of HR processes including R\&S, training, labor relations, and payroll administration; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred); * Willingness to travel as required by region of operation.
