We are looking for a Resource Acquisition Analyst to join our team and support strategy development for prospecting, creation of commercial materials, and client and sponsor relationship management. If you are organized, possess strategic vision, and enjoy working in resource acquisition, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of commercial presentations, proposing versions for validation by specialists or coordination; * Organize and validate basic client documents required for resource acquisition; * Collect benchmarking material on quotas and counterparties from other organizations, suggesting plans for validation by specialists or team coordination; * Understand and apply the logic of the established resource acquisition plan; * Support the development of prospecting cadence materials, following guidance from specialists or team coordination; * Maintain and update the CRM system; * Develop prospecting cadence materials for validation by specialists or coordination; * Send pre-validated resource acquisition emails and automated campaigns, with support as needed; * Complete public calls for proposals and corporate forms; * Respond directly to clients, always with prior validation from team leadership; * Attend meetings between companies and clients alongside specialists or team coordinators, or participate in simple company-client meetings together with the client; * Supervise intern personnel under coordinator oversight, delegating operational tasks; * Issue and manage sponsorship receipts. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree, with no restrictions regarding field of study; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Residency in one of the following states: Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, Acre, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, or Amapá. Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Work Location: Remote
