Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to control and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance with internal and legal regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for fleet vehicle control and maintenance. 2. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Ensure compliance with internal vehicle usage policies. We are looking for a Fleet Assistant who will be responsible for controlling and maintaining the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring proper usage, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as compliance with internal and legal regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor daily vehicle usage within the fleet; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (inspections, repairs, part replacements); * Manage fuel refills, fuel consumption, and mileage tracking; * Organize and keep vehicle documentation up to date (licensing, insurance, traffic fines); * Monitor accidents, damages, and coordinate claim filings with insurance providers; * Ensure compliance with internal vehicle usage policies; * Support distribution of vehicles to operational teams; * Prepare cost, performance, and fleet maintenance reports; * Collaborate with managers and external teams to optimize fleet operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical course in administration or logistics preferred); * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; * Proficient in spreadsheets and control systems; * Driver’s license Category B. **Additional Information** **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Planning and control capabilities; * Analytical mindset and strong sense of responsibility. **Advantages:** * Experience managing operational fleets (e.g., external technicians); * Knowledge of cost control and fleet performance indicators.
