As a **QA Analyst**, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, executing, and documenting software tests across all stages of the development lifecycle; * Assisting in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts; * Identifying, logging, documenting, and tracking bugs, defects, and inconsistencies, ensuring traceability of tickets; * Supporting the team during system implementation and validation in staging and production environments; * Logging and tracking user tickets, assisting in analyzing and reproducing reported issues; * Collaborating with the development team to continuously improve software quality; * Contributing to test documentation, system workflows, and best usage practices; * Knowledge of REST APIs (preferred); * Experience with ticket and bug tracking tools (preferred). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in software testing, with focus on manual testing and familiarity with automated testing concepts; * Hands-on experience with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman); * Experience with web applications built using React, Angular, and Django; * Familiarity with code versioning (Git).
