If you are passionate about efficiency, enjoy proposing innovative solutions, and want to be part of strategic projects that directly impact the company’s performance, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** **What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis** * Lead projects aimed at improving internal processes. * Serve as the technical focal point for teams, ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence. * Develop and manage suppliers, monitoring performance indicators and proposing actions to guarantee quality and business continuity. * Create and disseminate performance indicators, using ERP and analytical tools to monitor results and propose improvements. * Monitor daily operations, identify issues, and implement agile solutions to keep everything running at peak performance. * Act as an agent of continuous improvement, always seeking optimal use of available resources. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration. * **Knowledge:** ERP (Materials and Transportation modules), WMS, TMS, quality tools, and Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * **Experience:** Experience in logistics and administration, with focus on processes and indicators. **Additional information** * A dynamic and challenging environment with real opportunities for growth. * Participation in strategic projects that directly impact the company’s results. * A culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. * Location in Manaus, working for a solid and market-recognized company.
