Manage schedules, emails, and administrative tasks. Provide internal and external customer service support. Assist with procurement processes, requisitions, and material control. Help monitor KPIs and track processes: Support HR-related documentation, employee terminations, and file management. Assist logistics, production, and quality departments: Organize files and maintain up-to-date records. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or HR Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
