Store Coordinator Position Description We are seeking a Store Coordinator to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of the store in terms of sales, customer service, and space organization. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team * Ensure high-quality customer service * Manage inventory and product restocking * Ensure store cleanliness and organization * Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them * Report results and operational issues to management * Availability to work on rotating 12x36 and 6x1 shifts Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree * Prior experience in retail * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service * Leadership and team management skills * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Flexible availability
