We are looking for a Senior Engineering Analyst to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Professional with solid experience analyzing, defining, and optimizing production process methods and control plans; Experience with time & motion studies: Standard Time, Chronoanalysis, Line Balancing, Layout, and Process Flowcharts; Expertise in analyzing productive capacity based on UPH, Manhour, Headcount, etc.; Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives; Knowledge of process performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Preferred: MBA in Lean Manufacturing – Lean Production or Production Engineering, Project Management, etc. Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
