Proficiency in team training and development **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management of food quality and safety, focusing on standards and certifications; * Implementation and control of processes (ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISO 9001\); * Audits, training, and team development; * Risk management, non-conformity handling, and continuous improvement; * Supplier, raw material, and regulatory compliance control; * Monitoring of KPIs and operational performance; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields; * Experience in food quality and safety management; * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations and current sanitary legislation; * Proficiency in management systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISO 9001; * Experience conducting internal and external audits; * Practical experience in developing procedures, manuals, and technical documentation; * Knowledge of traceability and non-conformity control; * Experience managing performance indicators; * Proficiency in team training and development; * Knowledge of risk analysis and crisis management; * Experience in supplier qualification and evaluation; * Analytical, organized profile with focus on continuous improvement; * Strong communication and leadership skills.
