Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure all transmission systems and equipment operate efficiently and within established parameters; * Maintain high quality standards to ensure transmission services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements; * Work toward performance targets and keep costs within the budget allocated for transmission operations; * Propose and implement improvements in transmission processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; * Effectively manage the human, technical, and financial resources required for transmission operations; * Maintain accurate and complete documentation regarding operations, maintenance, and incidents, and prepare reports for senior management; * Develop and update plans to address potential outages and emergencies, ensuring operational continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Higher Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Postgraduate studies (desirable). **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
