As a **Young Apprentice**, your responsibilities will include: * Filing physical and digital documents according to company standards; * Digitizing documents and ensuring they are correctly stored in internal systems; * Maintaining the organization and updating of files, folders, and databases; * Assisting with the completion of spreadsheets, reports, and forms; * Performing photocopies, printing, and distributing documents as needed; * Receiving and routing calls, e-mails, and messages to the responsible manager; * Assisting the responsible manager in controlling office supplies inventory; * Participating in simple logistical activities (e.g., organizing schedules and scheduling meetings). Requirements: * Currently enrolled in the 2nd year of high school or later; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.
