PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused professional to work in the company's registration department.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accurately register sales in the system; * Process **contract ownership transfers**; * Perform **contract cancellations**, as requested and per company policies; * Execute **registration corrections**, ensuring customer data is always up-to-date and accurate; * Review documents and validate information before finalizing processes; * Maintain organized and updated records in the system. * Attention to detail and high level of organization; * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling data; * Efficiency with accuracy (avoiding errors); * Strong communication with internal teams (sales, finance, support); * Proficiency with systems and IT; * Proactivity in identifying and correcting inconsistencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Good conversational ability; * Ability to handle conflict resolution; * Ability to pronounce words correctly; * Proactive; Patient; Committed. **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. * Prior experience in customer service; **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * This is an on-site position located in Manaus \- therefore, candidates must reside in the area. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and career growth opportunities; * Transportation Voucher.
