Assistance at terminals and stations Operational Assistant for Terminals and Stations \#1384 FIRST-JOB POSITION Salary: R$ 1\.518,00 – Shift Pattern: 12x36 – Transportation Allowance – Basic Food Basket Main Responsibilities: * Keep the workstation group updated with shift-related incidents. * Serve the public by providing information to customers (bus passengers), clarifying doubts regarding routes and schedules. * Assist users entering and exiting the terminal. * Assist in verifying fare exemptions (seniors\-PwD). * Assist customers with ATM (self-service) usage. * Assist pedestrians, seniors, and persons with disabilities in crossing within the terminal. * Be helpful and maintain good relationships with users.
