MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency for collaborating with global teams in meetings, trainings, and incident resolution. Experience in roles related to IT infrastructure. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and provide user support for microcomputing technology usage, either via phone or in person.
