**HR Analyst**, with strong emphasis on **Personnel Department routines, working hours control, shift scheduling, time banking, and electronic timekeeping**, highly valued in companies operating in retail, manufacturing, and distribution centers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and manage employees’ working hours;
* Administer and verify electronic timekeeping records, time bank entries, overtime, tardiness, and absences;
* Develop, monitor, and adjust work schedules according to the company’s operational needs;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation regarding working hours and rest periods;
* Support managers in managing schedules, days off, and team attendance control;
* Conduct audits and analyses of timekeeping inconsistencies, proposing corrections and guidance;
* Generate managerial reports and metrics related to absenteeism, overtime, and time bank;
* Provide support to employees and managers regarding questions about working hours, schedules, and time entries;
* Support hiring, internal transfers, and employee termination processes;
* Collaborate with payroll processing to ensure accurate reporting of attendance data.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields;
* Proven experience in electronic timekeeping systems, time banking, and working hours management;
* Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours, shift scheduling, and paid weekly rest;
* Experience with electronic timekeeping and attendance management systems;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Experience in Personnel Administration routines;
* Analytical ability to review and resolve inconsistencies;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
