Your responsibilities will include: * Regularly visiting retail points of sale (POS); * Prospecting new customers and identifying business opportunities; * Presenting and negotiating products, commercial terms, and campaigns; * Performing post-sales activities while maintaining strong customer relationships; * Monitoring performance indicators and sales results; * Ensuring proper product execution at POS (e.g., display, pricing, etc.); * Participating in alignment meetings and commercial training sessions. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in external sales; * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and results orientation. * Organizational skills for managing customer portfolios, visits, and reports. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel for customer visits.
