Monitoring of building maintenance activities and related KPIs A technology company specializing in energy and water metering is seeking an Engineering Assistant in Manaus (Colônia Santo Antônio). **Responsibilities:** Provide support to the engineering and facilities departments in controlling and managing spare parts for industrial equipment and building maintenance. Conduct spare parts quotations, item registration in systems, inventory control, inventory accuracy verification, and record updates. Monitor building maintenance activities, tracking adherence to the maintenance plan and response time to service requests. Manage KPIs related to spare parts requisition fulfillment, acting to reduce downtime caused by material shortages. Support audit processes by providing relevant information, reports, and evidence regarding inventories and maintenance activities. Previous experience as an Engineering Intern, Engineering Assistant, Engineering Technician, or Project Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree in progress required.
